Push Up Variety

Push ups are one of my favorite exercises. You can make them as tough as you want, you don’t need equipment, and they work a lot of muscles groups… = more calories burns, more muscles targeted = happy body  🙂    Here are a few variations.  BTW inhale going down, exhale going up! Lowers blood pressure and maximizes muscle contraction!  haha and yes, kind of a funny video! Go moms!
