Here’s my workout! Where’s yours?! :)

Happy Saturday! Equipment needed: yourself, iron gym pull up bar or any pull up bar, flight of stairs. Nothing else today!
Start with 5 min continuous stairs or a run. Do circuit 3x no rest, only 1min after pull ups. Hard 30 min run after,  heart rate @  150 or higher. If you don’t know something, sub it. just get going!
