Found this great list of top healthy foods. What I like is that you can click and learn about each food – the season it grows, how to know if it’s ripe, and the nutritional content. It’s nice to know a little bit about the food you’re eating… show people your smarts at dinner 🙂
Here’s a list of common processed foods you should start to extract from your diet. When I say diet I mean your daily menu. I don’t believe in short term diets!!!
A few of these I will always have… i.e Milk, Cheese, BACON!! It’s about being healthier and being able to maintain that living, not being crazy. 🙂
