Questions to ask yourself if you’re not losing weight!


If you answer no to any of the following then fix it!

1) Am I CLOSELY counting my calories?

2) Am I MIXING up my workouts and kicking my a$#?

3) Do I know what my RMR is AND am I staying no more than 500 calories below it?

4) Am I sleeping at least 8 hours/night?

5) Am I loading on Veggies (especially) and Whole foods?

6) Am I not drinking alcohol?
