circuit 1

20 controlled squats
30 controlled core swings
10 push ups, on toes or knees, 3:1 ratio

30 sec rest, repeat 2 more times

circuit 2

10 chest presses
5 push outs
10 lat pull ups
15 v ups, bend knees to lower difficulty
7 rounds of DB front to lateral raises

30 sec rest, repeat 2 more times
