This makes me so happy to wake up like this. Parents might think they hate it but I have always thought it to be cute and funny. Right before this picture Ben’s feet were rubbing on my head, I waited to see how ridiculous it could get, lol.
For breakfast I’m having 1 egg + 4 whites w/ spinach, green onions, salsa, cayenne pepper (fat burn booster) and black beans. Lunch will be leftover chicken salad – marinated spicy chx, tomatoes, red bell pepper, a few black olives, romain and spinach, avocado, red onion, and salsa for dressing. Dinner is Mahi Mahi, Zucchini and Mashed Cauliflower. Lots of unsweetened tea and water too!
I’m due for some yoga and a foam roller, I’ll do about 45 min. of that and call it a rest day, I’m sore!
