Copy my Saturday Lower Body A Workout, Weeks 1-4

This is my Saturday Workout for the Next 4 Weeks. The link will download it and you can do it too.  Make sure to take notes on your weights. 🙂

Please Remember you should barely be able to complete the last few reps, especially on the last round!! If you can, ADD WEIGHT!!  Rest is 1 minute between each since you are reaching complete fatigue with each set…  that means ugly face on on rep 10-12, if you make it to 12.
