Friday Workout!!


DB- dumbbells
#-   amt of weight used
10-12 reps should have you reach FATIGUE!! If not ADD weight!!

This is an upper body & core workout! Arms will be tired!

Do each round 3x w/ no rest, then you get 1min rest before next round.

Takes about 40min.

FYI I could only do 8 push ups on my last round… wow so tired! and the abs were killer, do as much as you can to fatigue and move on. If you do this 1-2x a week along with other lower body and cardio workouts you will see that you can improve and get more reps/weight in. 🙂
