    • Hi! It’s :30 seconds of intervals… 30 walk 30 t, t+1, t+2… t is threshold and u ramp it up from there… threshold is fast but comfortable. After t+2 it’s sprint speed – so t+2 is quite quick! 🙂 thx for asking. This kicked my butt!!!!
