The past 2 weeks haven’t been perfect but they have been an improvement… I can’t get upset about that! I’m just trucking along trying to be a little better each day.
One thing I noticed is that eating the same thing everyday does get very boring… chicken salads, grilled chicken and veggies at night… getting bored leads to straying! I’m updating my menu and adding some new meals. I took a recipe book that has 5 or less ingredients in each recipe and adjusted them, sounds easy enough!
