Here’s an update on my abs, I’m eating every 3 hours about 1700-1800 calories a day. No dairy and a TON of fish, chicken and veggies 🙂
We’re leaving for camping tomorrow and I’ve made a list of healthy meals to bring. Nothing is worse than going camping and knowing that I’m cheating!!

TON of boiled eggs – I’ll eat one whole egg and about 5 whites….
Steel Cut Oats- For breakfast I’ll have Plain Stl Cut Oats, this kind is awesome. The packet you pour the oats out of has a water line.. fill the packet up to this line and pour in the bowl… now I always have the perfect amount!! I add one packet of truvia and cinnamon to it.
Of course I’ll bring lots of chicken to grill, skipping the fish this time (I have the shrimp)… lots of cucumbers to make a salad (sick of lettuce), almonds, my protein whey, vitamins, low carb tortillas to make grilled chicken wraps!!
This is short and sweet because I have to start packing!!!
