I did the Carlton

Update! Got my Body Fat tested this morning, goal for next week was 10.0% – this morning I was 10.2%!! That’s a 1% drop in 1 week. 🙂  looks like I’m on my way to get that 10!

Maybe I’ll set a new goal of 9.8%…

Things I got better about: Drinking my water 1 gallon/day, taking my multivitamin, and more sleep. GO ME!

Set some goals!
