Bomb.com. 10hr chicken in the crockpot… super moist. Just added tiny bit of water and taco seasoning. Over broccoli and with Pico de Gallo. Mmmm

Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake. 1/3 cup pumpkin puree, 1 scoop vanilla whey,  add water and ice to your consistency, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. 🙂
