ok now about cardio…
Cardio for me yesterday was a superset of burpees with kettlebell swings.
each set I would drop one burpee, I started at 15, but with this I always did 15 kettlebell swings.
i.e 15 burpees-15 KB swings 14 burpees-15 KB swings 13 burpees – 15 KB swings etc.
All the way til I just did 1 Burpee! Try this for your next cardio!
