Did you know that as you age strength is more important than cardio? When you see a teanie old lady walk across the street for 5 minutes…. do you dread that might be you?! It doesn’t have to be if you start getting strong! The whole “Your metabolism slows as you age” is almost a bunch of bull crap. I say almost because it is slightly true…but not to the extent what some people claim and blame! It mostly slows down because people simply start moving less! If you’ve never actually TRAINED like what I think real training is… then you’ll actually reverse it! Don’t be that old teanie weak lady, be this one….
