Hi! I’m Angie, wife and mom of 3!
My goal with Body Rock is to help share what I do and love, spread health and fitness! I’ve been training for over 12 years, anywhere from the commercial gym scene, sports conditioning facilities to outdoor boot-camps. I decided to leave all that and build my own home gym and train from here as well as continue mobile training. With kids, it has worked out well!
To me, ‘working out’ should be called ‘training’ because I’m a firm believer that you always need to try to get yourself to a goal, whatever it may be. A 5k, marathon, triathlon, to be able to do 10 toe push ups? – not sure why they’re always called ‘boy’ push ups! We just don’t want to workout all the time, right? What’s the goal? … let’s get there. I give tough love, knowledge, accountability, FUN, and a commitment to help you! This is truly what I live to do. You don’t need anything fancy to get in the best shape of your life. What you need is a plan, commitment, and time.
I think everyone would love to be their best athlete, I would love to show you that!
